GENESIS 1:31 ON 1/31

TL GENESIS 1 31 ON 1 31

God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.  – Genesis 1:31

Creation week was sure a busy one, wasn’t it?  One day six, God made all the animals that live on the land.  He commanded the earth to bring forth the land animals – and it did so!OUR BEST FRIENDS

We would be so lonely without our animal friends.  I’m so thankful that God made them for us.  He made animals of special use to us, like horses, cows and sheep.  He made rodents like squirrels and mice, even spiders (though I don’t know why)…  and we also have lizards and frogs.  Cuddly little rabbits and beasts in the jungle like elephants, apes and lions were created by God.

What about the different dinosaurs?  Yep – He created them too – they all appeared immediately at God’s command!  But dinosaurs are now extinct…  how do we know God made them when the Bible doesn’t mention them?  Well, it doesn’t mention kangaroos either, but we know God made these land animals on Day six.GOD OWNS THE CATTLEDAZZLES AND DUCKLINGSGod loves us so much – and He created animals to keep us company, provide food in some cases and help keep us warm on cold winter nights.  The wool sheared from a sheep makes a very nice sweater for me to wear when it’s chilly outdoors.  🙂
